We are absolutely thrilled to share some incredible news with our valued guests and friends! Chalet Charm has officially been honoured with the Booking.com Traveller Review Award for the second year in a row.

Chalet Charm Booking.com Traveller Review Award 2026
What Is the Booking.com Traveller Review Award?
Quick answer: The Booking.com Traveller Review Award is an annual recognition based entirely on 100% verified guest reviews and consistently high overall satisfaction ratings. Chalet Charm Thredbo has now received the award for two consecutive years (2025 and 2026).
Beyond the headline, the award celebrates accommodation partners who consistently go above and beyond for their guests. Unlike standard industry awards, this honour is determined directly by real guest feedback rather than an editorial panel.
To win this award, properties must maintain an outstanding average review score reflecting real guest feedback on crucial stay factors, including:
- Cleanliness & Comfort: Premium amenities, pristine spaces, and luxurious furnishings.
- Location & Atmosphere: Unmatched scenery, serene surroundings, and convenience.
- Hospitality & Service: Personal touches and attentive care that make every stay special.
- Overall Guest Experience: Seamless check-ins, local recommendations, and thoughtful extras.
Two Years of Excellence: Why This Recognition Matters
Winning this award once was an honour, but receiving it for a second consecutive year proves that exceptional guest experience is at the core of everything we do at Chalet Charm.
"Hospitality isn't just about offering a place to stay—it's about creating a home away from home where guest comfort always comes first."
Whether you joined us for a winter retreat or a picturesque summer escape, every review, rating, and message left by our guests helped us achieve this honour.
