Every surface at Chalet Charm was chosen to bring the warmth of an alpine chalet into a modern, high-end apartment. The interior features rich timber floors and timber-clad walls, layered wool throws, alpine-inspired artwork and bespoke Snow Polo themed decor from Chalet Perfect. Wooden pendant lights imported from Germany throw soft shadows across the living room, while motion-activated LED lighting inside the wardrobes and in darker hallways keeps the space glowing without ever feeling harsh. The palette of forest greens, warm golds and cream carries through the bedrooms, bathroom and balcony, so the whole apartment reads as one cohesive, cosy retreat.
Two-minute walk to the Kosciuszko Express Chairlift
Location is what makes Chalet Charm unusual. The apartment sits on Mowamba Place, roughly a two-minute (approximately 150-metre) walk to the Kosciuszko Express Chairlift — Thredbo's main gateway to the ski runs, mountain biking trails and summer walks to Mt Kosciuszko. From the front door it is also about 5 minutes on foot to the Thredbo Alpine Hotel, the village square, the leisure centre, and to the Interschools race training areas at Friday Flat. Guests skip long drives from off-mountain accommodation, avoid bus queues and parking battles, and can leave the apartment, ski, and be back warming up within minutes.
